New: Jump to Top Button Added to Client Support Tickets
A new ‘Jump to Top Comment’ button has been added to Client Support request tickets, allowing users to quickly return to the original request without excessive scrolling.
With this update:
Users can quickly jump back to the top of long request threads
Users can easily revisit the original request details and context
Navigation is improved on longer Client Support conversations, especially on mobile
