Bypass Approvals for a Reorder Form

If approvers are assigned to the Company, Branch, or Contact for a reorder form, orders placed through that order form normally follow the approval process.

You can use the Approval tab in the order form editor to let orders from that form go directly to your printshop’s Production workflow.

Bypass approvals

1. Select ‘edit’ to the right of the reorder form needing this change.

2. Select the Approval tab within the ‘Reorder Form Editor’.

3. Turn on the Bypass Approvals setting via selecting ‘follow’.

     a. The button changes to ‘bypass’, indicating that orders places from this form bypass the normal approval              process.

4. Select ‘Save’ to save changes.

Orders placed through this reorder form will then bypass the assigned approvers and go directly to Production. Only turn on this setting when orders from the form do not need approval before your printshop begins work.
