To download your Advertising on Hold subscription:

• Log in to your Info Center: https://www.mi4p.info/<MI4P ID>/
• Select 'Download Direct Mail Files' in the middle of your screen or 'Direct Mail Downloads' as found under 'Quick Links'

• Select 'Download' under 'Advertising On Hold'

• Select either 'Save File' or 'Open With'
  • The .zip file contains two .mp3 files: one Male and one Female announcer

The USB 1200 is a digital audio system designed for Music & Message On Hold playback on phone systems. MP3 audio is stored on a removable USB flash drive that is plugged into the USB hub on the unit. The loading of new audio is easily done by "dragging and dropping" MP3 file(s) from a computer to the USB flash drive. The unit also offers on-board (internal) flash memory that can store and play a single audio file. Once the MP3 file is loaded, the USB drive can be unplugged from the unit.

The On Hold Plus 8000 (OHP8000 USB) comes with a 128mb USB flash drive for delivering content to the device. Simply copy your MP3 on-hold messge file to the USB flash drive using your computer and then insert the flash drive into the OHP800 unit to begin playback. Audio is output via standard RCA or 3.5mm headphone jacks. Cables are included.
