Corrections

We will work with you to ensure proper layout and text flow of your documents. Any change made by our team to correct the layout, text flow or order form is not billable. Corrections required as a result of changes made by you may be billable as a revision. Database (CSV) file updates are not covered under corrections may be billable as a revision.

Revision Fees

Any update to a uDesignIt project that requires changes to the layout, artwork, database/spreadsheets or online order forms is subject to a revision fee. Two free rounds of revisions are included with the revision fee. Most revisions fall into one of the below categories:

Turnaround Times

The typical turnaround time for a standard-level Pageflex template is 3-5 business days from receipt of your approval of the estimate. If you're in a hurry, let us know; we'll do everything we can to help you meet a tough deadline.
