Step 1: Access the Company Management Tools Step 2: Open the Accounts Section Option 1: Add a New Contact Directly Option 2: Send an Email Invitation Summary

Your website lets you designate a company contact as a Company Manager. Company Managers can manage contacts within their company, including creating accounts for employees or inviting employees to register. This can help your customer manage who can log in, place orders, and access their company’s forms.

Once a contact has Company Manager access, they can use either of the following methods to add employees.

Company Manager Tools

1. The Company Manager logs in to their account.

2. Select Settings from the Account Summary page.

3. Select Manage Company.

4. Select the Accounts tab

5. View existing company’s contacts, organized by branch if applicable.

Option 1: Create an Employee Account

The Company Manager:

1. Selects Add New Contact on the Accounts tab.

2. Enters the contact's name, email address, and other applicable details, such as their title, branch, password, etc…

3. Selects Save.

Option 2: Invite an Employee to Register

The Company Manager:

  1. Finds the Create Account Page section on the Accounts tab.

2. Enters the employee’s Name and Email.

3. Chooses a Link Behavior setting:

  • Don’t allow employee to identify a branch: The employee registers without selecting or creating a branch.
  • Allow employee to select an existing branch: The employee chooses from existing company branches.
  • Allow employee to select an existing branch or create a new one: The employee can choose an existing branch or add a new one.

4. Selects Send Invitation.

5. A confirmation message appears once the invitation is sent.

6. The contact receives an email with instructions to complete their registration.

These options give your customers a way to manage their own employee accounts while keeping the registration process aligned with how their company uses branches.
