If you want to prepare your own custom video, here’s what you need to know in order to ensure it will work as expected across all devices:

• Ensure the video is a resolution of 853x480 pixels
• Save the video in three formats:
  • .mp4
  • .webm
  • .ogv.

• Each video file will ideally be less than 3 MB in size.
• Send an image you’d like to use for the thumbnail to represent that video.
• That image needs to be a jpg format that’s 1920x1080 pixels at 72 pixels per inch, and under 500 KB.
