The Help Center is its own navigation tab on the homepage of your website. When you subscribe to the Help Center, it has the information needed to inform, educate, and guide your customers through the printing process.

It contains over 105 articles and FAQs on a wide variety of topics. The articles are short enough to be read in only minutes but detailed enough to get your print buyers the information they need when they need it.

By answering your customers’ questions before they even reach for the phone, you’ll earn a reputation as the printer with all the answers.

You may edit the FAQ that appear in the Help Center by following the directions below:

  • Log into your Control Center
    • You can easily navigate to your Control Center by logging into your Info Center: https://www.mi4p.info/>Your MI4PID>
  • Select 'Web Pages'
  • Select 'Help Center'
  • Select 'edit' next to any category you wish to edit

    • You may then remove or edit the questions that pertain to the category you are wanting to edit. Select 'edit' next to a question.
    • You may edit the Question name and Answer
  • Select 'Save' if any changes were made
  • Select 'Close' to close out of the category 'editing' window

You may also add additional questions to a category when editing the category by selecting a question at the bottom of the pop-up and selecting 'add'.
