Once you are subscribed to the Email Newsletter, there will be 6 tabs available to you in the Control Center that allow you to customize the Email Newsletter, add Subscribers, and more.
- Select 'My Website' tab
- Select 'Email Newsletter' tab on the left
- You will see the following 6 tabs for you to edit:
- Basic / Custom
- Alerts
- Subscribers
- "From" & "Reply To" Addresses
- Letter From the Owner
- Select Fun@Work Articles
- You will see the following 6 tabs for you to edit:
Basic / Custom
Refer to Creating a Customized Email Newsletter knowledgebase article to customize the content that goes out with each Email Newsletter.
Alerts
You may create alerts that you would like to send to your customers.
- Select 'Create New Alert'
- You can edit the content and settings for this alert by clicking the buttons on the left sidebar.
- Once you're happy with the results, click Send Alert... on the sidebar to adjust some final settings and send the alert.
- Select 'Send Now!' in the 'Send Alert...' tab once you have finished editing your Alert
Subscribers
You may manage your Email Newsletter subscriber list, add new subscribers, and export your subscriber list as a comma-delimited text file. Due to changing anti-spam regulations, we can no longer allow the import of distribution lists for the Email Newsletter. We can also no longer allow you to subscribe anyone to your newsletter on their behalf.
There is also a link provided to you that you can send to your customers to allow them to subscribe to your Email Newsletter.
"From" & "Reply To" Addresses
You may enter the e-mail address you'd like your Email Newsletter to be sent "from." This is the address subscribers will see in the "From" line of the e-mails they receive.
If you'd like replies (messages from subscribers who hit the "reply" button) to go to a different e-mail address, you may also enter this email address next to 'E-mail Address' on the "From" and "Reply To" Addresses section.
Letter From the Owner
Each issue of Email Newsletter includes a welcome message from you. Use the options in this tab to configure this letter for your printing firm.
You may add the Owner's Name, Owner's Title, Owner's Photo, a signature and if you would like to use a different URL other than your website homepage to show up in the footer of your Email Newsletter.
