Question: I'm planning to go on vacation and want to set up an auto-reply for my e-mail. How do I do this? Answer: You can set up a vacation message through the webmail interface.
  1. Go to mail.marketingideasforprinters.com (no www).
  2. Log into your e-mail account.
  3. Open the settings menu by clicking the three vertical bars in the upper right corner next to your email address and choosing Settings.
  4. Then click "Incoming Email" on the sidebar.
  5. Next, click on the Auto-Reply tab at the top of the settings window.
  6. Finally, set the status to "On", type your message, and complete the start and end dates (Save when finished).
Anyone who sends you e-mail while the vacation message is active will receive your auto-reply the first time they send you a message. If they send you any additional messages, however, they will not receive the vacation auto-reply again. It only goes out one time to each e-mail address that tries reaching your account. Let us know if you have any questions or need help setting things up. We can activate the auto-reply from our end, too, if you'd prefer. We'll just need a copy of the text you want it to include.
