Getting Started

The Control Center is designed to make your website’s settings and tools easy to manage. When you need additional guidance, the Client Support section connects you with helpful instructions, Knowledgebase articles, and our Support Request system.
Find the help you need
When you have a question, you can:
- Review the instructions and help icons on the page
- Search the Knowledgebase
- Submit a Support Request
- Call 1-800-736-0688 or email our Tech Support team
Review the page for instructions
Some Control Center pages include circled question mark icons. Hover over an icon to display additional information about the related setting or feature.
You may also find instructions at the top or bottom of the page. Reviewing those notes may provide the answer you need without leaving your current task.
Search the Knowledgebase
The Knowledgebase contains articles that explain your website’s features and answer common questions.
To search the Knowledgebase:
1. Select Client Support from the Control Center’s top menu.

2. Select Knowledgebase from the sidebar.

3. Use the search tools to find articles related to your question.

Submit a Support Request
The support request system lets you contact our Tech Support team and track the status of your submitted questions.
To submit a request:
1. Select Client Support from the Control Center’s top menu.

Select Ask a New Question.

3. Complete the request form. To help us review your question efficiently:
- Enter a clear, specific subject.
- Describe what you were doing and what happened.
- Include examples, such as an order, estimate, job, account, or product name.
- If you are reporting an issue, include the steps that led to it.
- Attach a screenshot using Browse…, when helpful.
4. Select ‘Add Question’ Our team will review it and respond to the email address associated with your account.

Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Central Time.
