Sidebar links appear on several of your website's interior pages, and allow you to call attention to the areas of your website that you want to feature. This guide will show you how to set those up.

How Sidebar Links Are Used

Several of your websites's interior pages have three clickable images along the right edge. You can customize those images and the pages they link to in order to draw attention to the products, services, custom pages or even off-site pages that you'd like to highlight.

How To Create Your Own Sidebar Links

To create your own sidebar links:

  1. Choose Web Pages from the Control Center's main menu
  2. Select Sidebar Links from the sidebar menu
  3. Select the link you wish to update (Top, Middle, Bottom) from the list

Note: The Top Link will automatically be selected when you first click Sidebar Links

  4. Complete the form to customize the sidebar link:
    • Click the image to open the image replacement tools

Note: For best results, be careful to use the dimensions as specified in the gray box to the right of the image

    • The Image Alt Text field is what will display in place of the image if it cannot be loaded for some reason
    • Use the Select a Page pulldown menu to choose from the list of available pages on your own site
      OR
Type the full web address of any other web page you like in the box below it
    • Click the green Save button in the upper right corner when you are finished
