The Get A Free Estimate form is a floating contact widget that appears on your website, making it easy for visitors to request a print estimate without navigating away from the page they're on.

How it works

When enabled, a button appears in the corner of every page on your website.

• On desktop — clicking the button opens a compact estimate request form directly on the page.
• On mobile — clicking the button opens a full-screen modal with the same form.

Once a visitor submits the form, you receive an email notification with their name, contact information, and message.

Enabling the form

1. Log in to your website Control Center.
2. Go to Web Pages > Sitewide Settings.
3. Find the Show responsive Get A Free Estimate form toggle and switch it on.
4. Click Save.

The form will appear on your website immediately.

Note: If the toggle is grayed out, one of the following applies:

• No contact email configured — Add a Contact Us email address under Manage → My Website → Contact Us Email before enabling this feature.
• Theme not supported — This feature is available on responsive themes only. Contact support if you'd like to upgrade your theme.

What visitors see

1. A Get A Free Estimate button is visible in the bottom corner of every page.
2. Clicking it reveals a short form with fields for:
   • Name
   • Company (optional)
   • Email address
   • Phone number
   • Message
3. After submitting, the visitor sees a Thank You confirmation message.

What you receive

When a visitor submits the form you will receive an email at your configured Contact Us address with the following information:

• Subject: A message from Estimate Request: [Visitor Name]
• Body: The visitor's contact details and message

Frequently asked questions

Can I have both the Estimate form and the Email Us button active at the same time? Yes. The Email Us button and the Get A Free Estimate form are separate features and work independently on the same page.

Will the form appear on every page? Yes. When enabled, the floating button appears site-wide on all pages that use a supported responsive theme.

Can I customize the form fields? The form fields are standard and cannot be customized at this time.

What happens if I don't have a contact email set up? The toggle will be disabled in Sitewide Settings and the form will not appear on your site until a valid Contact Us email address is added.
