Advertising On Hold files are available on the 15th of each month, two months before their scheduled use.

Download your files

1. Log in to the MI4P Info Center.

2. Select Download Direct Mail Files in the middle of the page, or select Direct Mail Downloads under Quick Links.

3. Under Advertising On Hold, select Download.

4. Choose Save File or Open With when prompted. The ZIP file contains two MP3 recordings: one with a male announcer and one with a female announcer. Extract the ZIP file to access the recordings.

Playing the recordings on your phone system

Your phone system may require a separate music on hold playback device. Check with your phone provider to confirm what your system supports. The following devices are examples of MP3 playback options:

Atlas Phones USB 1200: Plays MP3 files transferred using a USB flash drive. View the USB 1200.
