Table of Contents
Use the Customers tab in the Reorder Form Editor to choose which customers can see a reorder form when they log in.
New reorder forms start as Unassigned. This gives you time to finish setting up the form before customers can access it.
Make a Reorder Form Viewable
When the form is ready:
1. Open the Customers tab in the Reorder Form Editor.

2. Select the radio button ‘Viewable by members of this list’ to make the form viewable.

3. Add the companies, branches, or contacts that should have access.
Provide Company Access
1. Find the company using Select Company.

2. Select the company.
3. Select the green Add button to the right of the company name.

4. Select ‘Save’

Contacts throughout that company, including those in its branches, can view the reorder form.
5. To remove the company’s access, select the red Remove button beside the company name.

6. Select ‘Save’.

Provide Branch Access
1. Select the company that contains the branch within the ‘Select a Company…’ drop-down.

2. Select the branch from the ‘Select a Branch…’ dropdown.

3. Select the green Add button.

4. Select ‘Save’.

Contacts in that branch can view the reorder form. Contacts in other branches of the same company will need their own access.
Provide Individual Contact Access
1. Select the company and branch where the contact is listed.

2. Select the contact from the ‘Select a Contact…’ dropdown.

3. Select the green Add button.

4. Select ‘Save’.

This gives that contact access without granting access to everyone in the branch.

Review and Update Access
You can add more than one company, branch, or contact to a reorder form. Review the list of assigned customers to confirm that everyone who needs the form has access. To revoke an assignment, select the red Remove button beside it.

Above: Example of access granted to two branches of one company and to a separate company.
- Assigning a company gives contacts in all its branches access.
-
To limit access to one branch or person:
- Assign that branch or contact instead.
- Review the access list before making the form viewable to confirm it reaches the intended customers.
Summary
Use the Customers tab to:
- Keep reorder forms hidden while you set them up
- Make forms viewable when they’re ready
- Grant access to a company, branch, or individual contact
