Managing Inventory for an Order Form
Use the Inventory tab to track available quantities, review inventory changes, and set up low-inventory notifications. You’ll find this section in the Reorder Form Editor for a reorder form.
Set the current inventory
1. Select ‘edit’ next to the right of the reorder form you want to manage.

2. Select Inventory in the Reorder Form Editor.

3. Enter the available quantity in Current Inventory. For example, enter 10,000 if you have 10,000 preprinted business cards in stock.

4. Enter an optional comment next to ‘Log Comment’.

5. Select the green ‘Update Inventory’ button.

6. Scroll down to ‘Recent Inventory Updates’ to view the new entry. This section keeps a history of inventory changes, including quantities deducted when orders are placed.

Choose what happens when inventory reaches zero
Set ‘Allow orders when inventory on hand is less than or equal to zero’ based on how you want to handle orders:
- Select ‘no’ to stop pribtbuyers from ordering when inventory reaches zero.
- Select ‘yes’ to allow orders even when inventory reaches zero or below.
Save the selection selection.

Set up inventory management and notifications
Using inventory management helps:
- Communicate availability issues
- Manage expectations
- Prevent surprises during ordering
- Toggle to ‘yes’ the Use inventory management to display the inventory settings.

2. Enter a Reorder Level. An inventory notification will be sent when the number of pieces available reaches this quantity or less. For example, enter 1,000 to receive a notification when 1,000 or fewer pieces remain.
3. Enter a Replenish Level. This is the quantity the item should be restocked to when the notification is sent. For example, enter 10,000 if you want to replenish the inventory to 10,000 pieces.
4. Set Notify Customer to ‘yes’ or 'no'. If you select ‘yes’, review or edit the Notification Subject that will appear in the email.

5. Select ‘Save’ to your changes.
