Questions & Answers Tab
Table of Contents
Use the Questions & Answers tab to choose how customers enter a quantity and to add the questions they’ll answer when ordering a product. This tab also includes controls for the form’s visibility.
Public vs Private Order Forms
At the top of the tab, choose whether the form is Public or Private:
Private Order Forms
- Belong to specific companies or customers
- Not visible to all website visitors
- Typically used for customer-specific documents
Public Order Forms
- Available to all customers
- Can appear on your public-facing website
- May be shown on your homepage
When you change a form from Private to Public, it is placed in inactive test mode. Administrators can review it, but website visitors will not see it until you select Activate Form.

Set Up Quantity Question
Choose how customers will enter the quantity needed.
Entering the desired quantity, using the following input:
- A simple numeric input field
- Customers can type any quantity
- Best for flexible ordering

Selecting a quantity from a system-generated pull-down menu:
- Customers select from predefined quantity options such as 250, 500, 1000, etc…
- Ideal for structured pricing tiers
- This option is commonly used for products like business cards, flyers, or postcards where pricing is standardized.

For a quantity drop-down, you can set quantity breaks and pricing for each option. You can also choose whether prices appear in the quantity grid.
