• Streamlined company/invoice lookup in Payments section

  We've refined the lookup tools in the Payments section to resolve timing issues that periodically prevented the search from completing, or falsely showing that there were no invoices for the selected company.

• Users unable to accept estimates for large quantities

  Print buyers were unable to accept estimates for quantities in excess of 32,767. We found what was causing that and have resolved it.

• Commission Report Excessive Processing Time

  It was found that for users with a large amount of data, the Commission report was taking so long to process that it appeared to be locked up. We found a way to streamline that processing significantly.

• Markups on reorders

  Orders that were reordered in Odyssey were copying the original orders, including pricing and markups. We've updated the reorders to now recalculate the price to keep it in line with your shop's current pricing.

• Price per thousand removed

  We received numerous requests to remove the price per thousand designation from estimates, as it was confusing to many print buyers who are unfamiliar with it. This has now been done, so that all prices will show a total and a price per each.

• PDFs Emails for Voided and Reinvoiced Orders

  It was reported that when a voided and reissued invoice was emailed to a customer, the link in the email would download the original invoice instead of the updated one. We found what was causing this to happen and updated the code to get the new invoice.

• Reorders losing State/Zip

  Reorders were not properly copying the State and Zip from the original order. We found the source of the issue, and have updated it.

  If the job description was altered when creating reorders in Odyssey, the updates were not being retained properly. This has now been resolved.
