Submit a custom color request Review your custom color

In addition to the standard colors available for your website design, you can request a custom color that better matches your branding.

Submit a custom color request

1. Select My Website from the Control Center menu.

My Website option in the Control Center menu

2. Select Website Colors from the Website Settings sidebar.

3. Enter your desired color in the Primary Color field. You may provide the color in any of these formats:

  • Hexadecimal (HEX): A six-character code representing the amounts of red, green, and blue in a color. HEX codes are commonly written with a #, such as #000000 for black or #FFFFFF for white.
  • RGB: Three values representing red, green, and blue. Each value ranges from 0 to 255.
  • Pantone (PMS): Enter the Pantone color number, and our team will determine the closest RGB equivalent for use on your website.
  • CMYK: Enter the percentage values for cyan, magenta, yellow, and black.

4. Select Request Custom Color.

Submitting this request does not immediately change the color of your live website. It notifies our Tech Support team, who will prepare a preview using your requested color and email you a link to review it.

Review your custom color

1. Open the preview link included in the email from our Tech Support team.

2. Review how the requested color appears throughout the website.

3. In the Custom Website Color Request Client Support ticket, let us know that you approve the new custom color.
