    We made an update to the earlier release of the "Blog on Website" topic to ensure all website admins can create new blog pages as intended and also so that all website visitors can view the published blog pages.

  • Cart Checkout "Complete Order" button

    We made a small update so that all cart checkout users are able to place an order as expected after selecting the "Complete Order" button.

    10 New Printbuyer Products Website Sliders

    Marketing Ideas For Printers has released 10 new printbuyer products website sliders for the following products to help you sell more printing: Banners, Brochures, Door Hangers, Flyers, Postcards, Booklets, Business Cards, Join Our Email List, Large Format, and Rack Cards. If you'd like to feature any of these sliders on your website, simply toggle them to "on" in your Control Center by going to Web Pages > Home Page > 'Home Page Sliders'.

    We made an update to ensure order form answers are not pre-selected without a default answer set under within the "Question Editor" of an order form question.

  • Update to Preflight Pro's File Health Report

    Preflight Pro has been updated to allow printers to view the same PDF File Health Report that printbuyers are able to view. The File Health Report will be available to view in Workflow under the "Files" tab.

  • Work in Progress prominently displays your customer's "Signoff"

    When viewing the 'Work in Progress' tab for an uploaded PDF, FastTrack now shows your printbuyer's "Signoff" in red text if those choose "Need Assistance" as part of their PDF upload.

    We have made an update to the "Payments Plans Info Text" to let printers know this text does not appear for Private Label Website customers. Such customers may have negotiated terms.

  • Preflighting printbuyer files

    FastTrack has been updated to allow for PDF preflight without printbuyers needing to download additional software. Whether a PDF is uploaded from an order form or via the "Send a File" utility on your website, your customers will enjoy instant preflighting along with an instant file health check report.

  • Adding order form mark-ups as a percentage

    You can now include a markup (as a percentage) on a per-order form basis by simply adding the percentage markup of your choice to the "Advanced Pricing: Tables" tab of an order form. The applied markup will be automatically added and shown in the price your print buyers see. This new feature is available as part of Industry Standard Pricing.   • "Keyword" search box moved for easy access

    When viewing the "Reorder Forms Library" tab within "Order Forms", the "Keywords" search feature has been moved to show above "Categories". This will alleviate having to scroll past the list of categories to do a search.

  • Updates to videos within Callout Boxes

    We've made an update so that all new callout boxes only connect to the YouTube option. This does not affect existing clients that are using callout boxes connected to Vimeo.

  • "Color Picker" type of question includes new answers

    Now when adding/editing the "Color Picker" type of question, there is the option to add an "Unprinted" Front and/or Backside to the question. This allows for additional flexibility when setting up your order forms using the "Color Picker" question type.

  • Pull-down type of question at shopping cart checkout is now required

    The "Pull-Down" type of question at cart checkout now requires printbuyers to choose an answer if the question is made required.

  • Printer@Work blank page preview

    We have made an update so that all Printer@Work newsletter issues show the front page preview as intended.

  • Show/Hide Rules now allow for "Image" elements to be hidden or revealed

    When setting up the "Rules" of an order form question, you may now hide or reveal "Image" type of questions as part of the "Rules" tab.

  • Previewing an order form question loads as expected

    When using the "Preview" tab within the "Question Editor", the order form question will now show as intended if a printbuyer were to view the order form.

  • Industry Standard Pricing update

    If a printer has the "Use Industry Standard Pricing" toggled to "off", the "Compared to Industry Standard Pricing" checkbox correctly is no longer visible when editing a pricing table for that order form.

Update

  • Reorder forms allow for text editing

    When viewing a reorder form's "Product Info" tab, the "Description" field now allows for text editing using the toolbar.

  • Important update to printshop-received auto-generated emails

    We made an update to the auto-generated emails that are sent to printers. The Subject line will now read as “A message from (sender’s name and company) via Contact Us form". This allows various email clients such as GSuite to break up email threads that contain the same subject line and allow for easier sorting within the email client.

  • Adding various question types will save as expected

    Marketing Ideas For Printers made a quick update to ensure various order form question types continue to save as expected while in the "Question Editor".
