MarketingIdeasForPrinters.com, in an effort to minimize the vulnerability of e-mail accounts that could be compromised by outside sources, has established the following requirements for e-mail passwords:
  • The password cannot be "password"
  • The password cannot contain your domain name
  • The password cannot contain your user name
  • The password cannot contain a numeric sequence more than 3 characters
  • The password must be at least 8 characters long and must include at least 3 of the following:
    • one lowercase letter
    • one uppercase letter
    • one number
    • one non-alphanumeric (ex: !, $, #, %, space, etc.)
As a security best-practice, make sure all your email account passwords at your printshop are unique, so that everyone doesn't use the same password to access their work email.

Your security is important to us! By enforcing these requirements we are able to greatly reduce the opportunities for spammers to gain access to your account and send spam from your e-mail address.
