Are you looking to configure your Marketing Ideas For Printers email account? This Knowledge Base article contains the information you need to setup or re-configure your email for your preferred Mail Client.

Starting From Scratch

If you are ready to configure your mail client for the first time, try using the Help Tool: help.emailsrvr.com. This tool offers walk-throughs for many different mail clients, based on your selection. See the steps below to utilize the Help Tool:

  1. Login to help.emailsrvr.com with your email address and password
  2. Click on "Set Up Email" under Tools
  3. Select Your Device
  4. Select the Operating System of your Device
  5. Select the Mail Client you wish to use

Once you pick your Mail Client, your specific email and server information will be plugged in to the step-by-step instructions, and you can follow along to setup your Mail Client.

Configuring your Mail Client

If you already have your Mail Client setup and want to verify email server settings or port numbers, please start by locating your email account's incoming (POP or IMAP) and outgoing (SMTP or IMAP) server settings.

Next, confirm or change your mail servers to the ones listed below. (Please record your existing settings, so you can change back to them if desired.)

Server Type Server Name Port
POP3 with SSL secure.emailsrvr.com 995
IMAP with SSL secure.emailsrvr.com 993
SMTP with SSL secure.emailsrvr.com 465

Please Note: you may be required to re-enter your email password when changing email servers. Outgoing servers require SMTP authentication. Most email software, including Microsoft Outlook, will need to have SMTP authentication manually enabled.

Other Tools to Help Get You Started

If you need help locating these email server settings mentioned above, please consult the documentation for your email software or use the setup assistant at help.emailsrvr.com.
