Managing Your Terms and Conditions Page
There are two ways to publish Terms and Conditions on your website:
- If your website includes the Help Center Add-on, update its existing Terms and Conditions page: Default "Terms and Conditions"
- If you do not have the Help Center Add-on, create a Custom Page for your Terms and Conditions: Create a Custom "Terms and Conditions" Page
Update the Existing Terms & Conditions Page
The default Terms and Conditions text may contain the sample printshop name “Acme Printing” and the placeholder “[Site_URL]”. Review the entire page and update these references before making it 'live'.

Above: The default Terms & Conditions text
- In the Control Center, select Web Pages from the top menu

2. Select Help Center from the left sidebar.

3. Select Terms and Conditions from the Help Center menu.

4. Click inside the editable text and replace “Acme Printing” with your printshop’s name. Also replace “[Site_URL]” with your website address.

5. Review the rest of the text to make sure it reflects your printshop’s terms.
6. Click Save in the upper-right corner.

Note: If you use ‘Find and Replace’, first click inside the text editor so you’re searching the Terms and Conditions text. Your browser’s Find tool can locate words on the screen, but it cannot replace the text in the editor.

Create a Custom Terms and Conditions Page
If your website does not include the Help Center add-on, you can publish your Terms and Conditions using a Custom Page.
- In the Control Center, select Web Pages from the top menu

2. Select Custom Pages from the left sidebar.

3. Select the green button ‘Create New Custom Page’.

4. Choose a Page Format.

5. Enter the page title next to ‘Full Title’ and any ‘Headline’ and/or ‘Caption’ you want to display.

6. Paste your Terms and Conditions into the ‘Body Text’ field. If you use the Short Title field, follow the guidance shown beside it in the editor.
