If you want to prepare your own custom video, here’s what you need to know in order to ensure it will work as expected across all devices:
- Ensure the video is a resolution of 853x480 pixels
- Save the video in three formats:
- .mp4
- .webm
- .ogv.
- Each video file will ideally be less than 3 MB in size.
- Send an image you’d like to use for the thumbnail to represent that video.
- That image needs to be a jpg format that’s 1920x1080 pixels at 72 pixels per inch, and under 500 KB.
