If you find yourself asking your print buyers the same questions over and over again, you'll probably want to use Global Questions. Any item appearing in this list is available for frequent use in any of your Order Forms.
Using Global Questions allows you to define a question once and easily reuse it in any of your Order Forms. Also, any changes made to the Global Questions will immediately update all occurrences of that question appearing in your Order Forms.
Let's say you want to display your stock paper choices. Your first step would be to create a list of the paper choices you will make available to your print buyers. After you have created your paper list, that question can then be placed on any or all of your Order Forms. If you find later that you need to make changes to your list of paper choices, all you need to do is come back to this list of Global Questions, edit your list of paper choices, and save the changes. Once the changes have been saved, all Order Forms using the paper choices will immediately be updated with those changes.
You can find the Global Questions in your Control Center under Order Forms (on the top), Order Form Settings (on the left), Global Questions.
Note: Global Questions can only be removed from the list of Global Questions if they have been removed from all Order Forms that they have been previously added.
