Industry Standard Pricing (or ISP for short) is just that- pricing that is generally accepted across the printing industry for a particular product. Matching your order form answers to an ISP order form

This next section will cover how a user will match their order form answers with the answers on the ISP order form. This is so the system can make an exact match between your printshop's order form answers and the ISP order form that it's matched to. Users may also choose to copy the ISP form's field (order form answer) if the user's order form doesn't have an exact match for it.

Example: Rack Cards

  • Select the Size, Color Options, Paper Choices, and Aqueous Coating answers in the drop-down next to each order form answer to match the answer on the ISP order form.
  • If users don't have an exact match, select '(copy from source form)'.
  • Select 'Finish' when completed with choosing answers for each drop-down
    • Users will be presented with an 'Info' pop-up, letting them know the process of bringing in ISP pricing may take a few minutes.
  • Select 'ok, go ahead' if some fields have not been matched and the user would like to copy the ISP options to the user's order form. In other words, if the user would like to replace their existing order form answers with ISP order form answers
    • If a user selects 'cancel', the website system will highlight all fields in red that still need to be matched up.
    • Users can then review the fields on their own
  • Select 'cancel' if the users chooses to not replace their existing pricing
    • Users will be informed with the following message: "Okay, your pricing will remain unchanged. You can use the tools on your tables to syncornize with Industry Standard Pricing at any time."
  • Select 'ok' to acknowledge the message regarding existing order form pricing will remain unchanged
  • Note: If an order form has already been linked to an ISP order form, this will show underneath the 'Use Industry Standard Pricing' toggle.

    • Select 'edit' next to 'Mapped to "<order form name>" to re-open the ISP pop-up, showing the list of order forms you'd like to connect to, with the order form that is currently mapped pre-selected

    Editing ISP Pricing

    • Select the dollar sign icon 'edit pricing' next to a pricing table to edit ISP pricing
      • Users will notice a message under the 'Note' if they are not subscribed to ISP
    • Edit pricing within any field as desired
    • Select the box next to 'Compare to Industry Standard Pricing' to compare the user's order form pricing to ISP pricing
      • The prices are displayed as the number of dollars above or below the ISP price for that field.
      • In this view, users can enter how much above or below ISP pricing they’d like to be, and the system will automatically do the math in terms of above or below ISP pricing.
      •

Example 1: Order form pricing matches 100% to ISP

      • In the below screenshot, 80 lb Matte, Full Color Front- Unprinted Back, for 3.5 in. x 8.5 in. and for 4 in. x 9 in. is not above or below the ISP price. It is the exact same price as ISP, hence 0.00 showing in all fields.
      •

Example 2: Order form pricing above ISP

      • In the below screenshot, 80 lb Matte, Full Color Front- Unprinted Back, for 3.5 in. x 8.5 in., Qty of 100 is $0.84 ABOVE the ISP price.
      •

Example 3: Order form pricing below ISP

      • In the below screenshot, 80 lb Matte, Full Color Front- Unprinted Back, for 3.5 in. x 8.5 in., Qty of 100 is $0.16 BELOW the ISP price.
      •

Turning off ISP for an order form

        • Select 'Order Forms'
        • Select 'Public Order Forms' (or Reorder Forms Library if subscribed to this add-on)
