The Advanced Pricing: Tables pricing method allows for a quick entry to add a markup to any order form that is connected to Industry Standard Pricing (or ISP for short). Below are the simple steps to add a positive or negative markup (as a percentage) to any ISP order form.

Adding a positive or negative markup to an ISP order form

  • Select 'Order Forms'
  • Select 'Public Order Forms'
  • Select 'Order Forms'
  • Select 'edit' next to an ISP order form
  • Select 'Pricing'
  • Select 'Advanced Pricing: Tables'
  • Add a positive or negative value (as a percentage) within the 'Markup' field' which is found to the left of 'All pricing will be adjusted by this amount before it is presented to the print buyer'.
  • The prices presented to the printbuyer will automatically reflect the markup percentage.
  • This markup percentage is the increase or decrease compared to whatever pricing was present before the Markup field was used.

As an example: If the ISP pricing was $53 and a markup of 100% was added, then order form pricing will show as $106 to your printbuyers.

Similarly, if the ISP pricing was $53 and a -50% markup was added, then order form pricing will show as $26.50.

  • To return to the original ISP pricing, remove the value in the 'Markup' field.

The order form will now show the original pricing that was present before the 'Markup' field was used:
