Company/Branch Managers
The Company and Branch Manager designations are intended to allow a print buyer access to manage their company's Contacts and Orders, as well as create reports based on Orders submitted by their employees under the respective Company/Branch in which the Manager has said designation.
NOTE: Giving a contact the designation of Company or Branch Manager does allow the contact to approve Orders submitted by their employees. However, the contact is not notified that the Order needs to be approved. In order to receive the email notification of an Order waiting for approval, you will need to make that contact the "Approver" of any Order submitted by employees under their respective Company/Branch.
To set an "Approver" for all Orders for an employee under a Company or Branch on your website, please reference this Knowledge Base article: /en_US/920

Managing Your Company/Branch
In addition to the Reports option above, the Company/Branch Manager also has other management privileges for their Company. Once they have navigated from Account Summary->Settings tab->Manage Company, they will have 4 tabs at the top of the Company Manager Tools window:
Company Info: Here the Manager can edit the Company Name, Add/Remove Branches (if they are a Company Manager), and update Billing and Shipping Addresses for their employees to select from.

Accounts: Under the Accounts tab, the Manager can Add/Remove Contacts, as well as send a unique URL for their Company to new employees needing to create an Account on your website. This allows the new Contact to inherit all the settings of the Company (or Branch) when they create an account on your website.

Workflow: This tab allows the Manager the ability to see the status of all Orders currently submitted to your printshop, those Orders needing attention, and those Orders marked Completed.
