Preflight Pro checks PDF files directly on your website, so print buyers do not need to download additional software. Whether they upload a PDF through an order form or Send a File, Preflight Pro automatically checks the file and provides a file health report as part of the preflight process.

Upload a PDF through an order form

If an order form includes a File Transfer question:

1. The print buyer selects Attach a File and uploads their PDF.

2. Preflight Pro automatically checks the PDF and makes the file health report available for review.

3. The print buyer indicates whether to print the file as-is or request assistance with improving the file.

After the order is submitted, you can find the PDF, the print buyer’s signoff selection, and a link to the file health report in the Order Summary under either:

• Job Journal

• Work in Progress > Files

Upload a PDF through Send a File

The same process applies when a print buyer uses your website’s Send a File utility:

1. The print buyer uploads their PDF in the Send a File window.

2.Preflight Pro automatically checks the PDF and makes the file health report available for review.

3. The print buyer indicates whether to print the file as-is or request assistance with improving the file.

After the file submission is complete, you can find the PDF, the print buyer’s signoff selection, and a link to the file health report in the Send a File Summary under either:

• Job Journal

• Work in Progress > Files
