Private Reorder Forms, in the "Reorder Forms Library", give you the ability to provide your repeat customers with order forms that are highly tailored to their specific products and secure those order forms in a private library accessible only to those customers. Our convenient tools allow you to build your order forms from scratch without having to know any web programming at all.
The perfect tool for repeat business
Private Reorder Forms (called "Reorder Forms Library" items in the Control Center) are perfect for those repeat customers that frequently order the same products from you. For instance, after you've printed a few different product info sheets for Hot 'n' Cold HVAC Inc., you get a sense of what unique information you need to know from them to complete their order that you wouldn't normally place on a more generic public order form. The Reorder Forms Library allows you to build an order form that helps you meet your client's unique requirements and make it accessible only to them.
How to create private (Reorder Forms Library) reorder forms
- Choose "Order Forms" from your Control Center's main menu
- Select "Reorder Forms Library" from the sidebar menu
- Choose the "Reorder Forms" option in the Reorder Forms Library menu
- Click the "Create New Product" button
- Use the Order Form Editor tools to build the order form to your specifications
How customers access private (Reorder Forms Library) reorder forms
Private reorder forms are made available once the customer logs into their account, and are accessible through the Reorder Forms Library sidebar menu in the account page (accessed by clicking "Sign In" on the top menu)
Also, whenever a customer has private order forms available to them, those forms will appear at the top of any listing of products within a product category.
The next step
Now that you've reviewed your starter order forms and built public and private order forms, it's time to learn how to set up pricing for them. Our next article will show you the different pricing models available, and how to set those up.
